Cannot rate these guys enough. Phoned and spoke to Daniel on Wednesday night after a different company had let us down 3 times with our bathroom conversion and broken our gate valve to the gravity fed water supply which left us with no cold water to the uostairs or downstairs toilets. Daniel explained what they could do and said someone would be out soon as.

William came round twice for us, once the following day and again Friday morning to survey the situation.

Explained what needed done and moved their jobs around to fit us in for Monday morning.

Both Daniel and William arrived first thing Monday morning and not only fixed our broken gate valve, but switched our water supply to the whole house to the mains in less than 45 minutes.

Superb job and saved a family of 5 with a tonne of washings to do😂

Cant recommend these boys enough. Called Monday morning as I knew we had problem with our Oil Boiler. Daniel straight away said someone would be out. William arrived and isolated the Boiler and outside tank and ordered new boiler. To be honest i thought we would be waiting which has to be expected but nope Tuesday the boys arrived 7.15am and put in one shift. One horrible job however I was kept in the loop with what was going on. What a massive difference already and coming back Tuesday to do another job. Everything was kept tidy. Will certainly be recommending and will use the boys again 💯

Our shower room was leaking badly. Daniel came out and within days we had a complete transformation of our shower room! The quality of materials was outstanding as was the workmanship. I would thoroughly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again. We were not in the flat at the time but Daniel kept me informed of progress, sending me photos and videos and answering my questions within minutes. An outstanding service from a lovely team of guys.

I called yesterday morning as my heating had finally packed in. By 1pm today, I had a new boiler fitter. Genuinely lovely guys and William even made time to fix my kick plate which hadn’t fit for years. Couldn’t be happier with the work.

When I contacted DW Gas and Plumbing, William and Daniel responded promptly, arriving the same day to provide a quote. Just three hours later, I received a detailed, itemised estimate. They started the job as scheduled and worked twelve-hour shifts throughout the weekend to ensure it was finished within a week. Their dedication, regular progress updates, and impressive work ethic truly set them apart. As they continue to grow their business, I would gladly recommend them. It was a pleasure to have such hardworking professionals complete this job.

I called DW Gas and Plumbing Services on Saturday morning to get a quote for a new boiler as the pressure kept dropping, William came out within a couple of hours and booked me in for later in the week. By Saturday afternoon the boiler had broken down completely, I contacted William again and he was very accommodating and managed to arrange an emergency appointment for the start of the week. My new boiler was installed without any issue. William and his apprentice (so sorry I’ve forgotten your name) were very professional, friendly, got the job done quickly and kept the place clean and tidy. They are now coming back to give me a quote for new radiators. I would definitely recommend!

My first time using them and they have solved my problem with half the radiators not heating. Had a power flush, new pump and they fixed a switch incorrectly fitted by other Ayrshire firm and heating now works great . Very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them.

My boiler stopped working on xmas eve. Daniel and William came out within an hour or two, and got my boiler working until I could get a replacement. They have just fitted me a new boiler for a great price and 5 year warranty. The guys did a great job, took away the old boiler and packaging, and cleaned up any mess before they left. Thanks guys.

Danielle & William came to our rescue on Tuesday 16th Dec to attend to a leaking radiator spewing out black sludge. Before we knew it on Thursday 19th Dec they were installing a brand new combi boiler. The service they presented was out standing showing excellent work ethos and professionalism. Lovely respectful guys who we totally recommend and will use again.

This is the 3rd time I have used DW Gas & Plumbing.

Very professional hard working team installed a new boiler system and a fitted bathroom.

High quality materials were used throughout and the finish was excellent.

I would highly recommend Dan and William.

My bathroom is on their FB page but they should really put before and after pictures so the extent of work they carried out can be appriciated.
